Alarm Monitoring

We connect your system to our Alarm Receiving Centre which provides monitoring of your system 24/7 all year round.

If your system is activated, a signal is sent to the Alarm Receiving Centre who respond in various ways.

Please see our news section for our recent projects.

Alarm Response

Upon receiving an alarm from your premises the Alarm Receiving Centre instantly notifies various persons to attend. These include:

  • Police - Notified once a verified alarm is received.

  • Nominated Key Holders - Notified when an unverified alarm is received or you may prefer a specific person or security company to attend your premises.

  • Fire Service - Your fire alarm may also be connected to your alarm monitoring.

Security Alarm & Panic Button Monitoring

When a verified alarm is received from your security alarm system the Alarm Receiving Centre signals a responder to attend your site, whether it be police or a keyholder.

If a panic or hold up alarm is received then the ARC will pass this to the police, who will action the event as a priority response.

Security Camera Monitoring

When a sensor is triggered the ARC remotely accesses your security camera system and visually verifies if an intruder is present or a false alarm has occurred. This type of verification could potentially gain a faster police response. It also enables the Alarm Receiving Centre to relay real time information to the responders by tracking the intruders via the security cameras.

Audio Monitoring

When a sensor is triggered the Alarm Receiving Centre remotely accesses your system and listens in via carefully placed microphones to establish if an intruder is present or if a false alarm has occurred. The microphones are typically linked to your security alarm system. This type of verification could potentially gain a faster police response. It also enables the Alarm Receiving Centre to relay real time information to the responders by following the audio from one microphone to another.

Alarm Monitoring Technology

There are various transmission equipment and methods that can be utilised to enable the signals generated from your system to reach the Alarm Receiving Centre successfully. This will be dependant upon our risk assessment, the grading of your alarm system and your insurance requirements.

Fire Monitoring

The fire service attends thousands of incidents every year meaning fires still occur more often than you think. To help alert you to this we can link your fire alarm to your monitoring solution. This enables the Alarm Receiving Centre to contact the fire service upon activation of your system.
