CCTV

CCTV surveillance is a powerful tool providing vision in high risk areas

CCTV detects and deters potential threats before they happen, provides live imagery during an incident, helps to guide and inform security personnel and provide vital evidence for prosecution.

CCTV systems also provide additional business analysis features by either integrating with 3rd party systems or utilising on board video analytics.

Logistics Solutions

Warehouses can present many problems. Our systems:

  • Mitigate fire risks of stored goods via thermal CCTV technology to provide early detection before a fire even starts.

  • Automatically identify authorised vehicles and trigger events like opening barriers or cargo bay doors.

  • Monitor large areas by utilising 360 or 180 degree fixed cameras. This approach reduces the amount of cameras required and therefore reduces the total cost of ownership.

Retail Solutions

Utilising video analytics and integration with 3rd party systems it is possible to gain additional business insight into your customers and products. These can include:

  • Customer counting - Determine customers entering your retail outlet and at what times.

  • Heat Map - analyse the areas in your retail outlet that are most and least popular.

  • Queue Detection - Receive alerts when queues build up.

  • P.O.S Fraud - Items that are scanned through the P.O.S system can be overlayed on the the video image to help analyse discrepancies.

  • Early Alert - Be alerted to prior offenders as they enter your retail outlet

Mobile Solutions

Mobile CCTV delivers both safety and security solutions. Utilised on public transport or fleet vehicles mobile CCTV can deter and capture anti social behaviour and criminal damage. Passengers and drivers feel safer that there is a mobile CCTV system in place and images can be used for identification and prosecution. Mobile CCTV is also be used to support insurance claims and enable visibility in blind spots for larger vehicles. Images are viewed locally or remotely via wireless communications.

cctv-wireless-solutions-transmission

Wireless Solutions

Where it isn’t practical or possible to use cables, we utilise wireless technology to transmit the images back to the control room or viewing platform. Wireless is deployed in town centres where expensive leased fibre is the only existing transmission option or where there is a significant distance or obstacle between the camera and the viewer. Wireless facilitates high data throughput to reduce lag time during video transmission.

cctv-temporary-installation-fly-tipping-covert

Temporary Solutions

Ideal for construction sites, vacant properties or trouble hot spots where fly tipping or criminal damage may be occurring. Temporary CCTV supplements or replaces expensive on site security personnel. The system is wireless and requires no mains power supply. Alerts are transmitted via wireless data communication and the system is rapidly deployed. Upon activation a video clip is instantly transmitted to the Alarm Receiving Centre who reviews the footage and contacts the relevant authority or keyholder.

Body Worn CCTV

With security guards, attendants and authorities experiencing an ever increasing risk in the public domain, body worn CCTV captures incidents as they happen. Enhanced battery life reduces the need for recharging. Recorded images are encrypted for additional security. Audio is captured via the on board microphone. The device is activated hands free and is connected to your smart phone for immediate replay of recorded incidents. GPS tagging is also supported.

Exceptional Detail

High resolution cameras are essential in capturing highly detailed images to help distinguish individuals or objects. With such future-facing resolutions as 1080P High Definition, multi megapixel & 4K Ultra High Definition, video images are sharper and clearer than ever before. High dynamic ranges overcome exceptionally bright and dark areas of the image and high frame rates identify fast moving objects.

Low Bandwidth

By utilising video compression technology such as H.265, network bandwidth and storage requirements are reduced by up to 40%, whilst still retaining high image quality and smooth motion. This also reduces the total cost of ownership significantly.

Video Analytics

Intelligent Video Analytics trigger actions, alerts and quickly retrieve data with high accuracy. These include:

  • Automatic object detection - to identify unattended baggage in an airport or a painting removed from a wall in an art gallery.

  • ANPR (Automatic Number Plate recognition) - to ensure only authorised vehicles can enter a secure compound.

  • Line crossing - to count the number of customers who enter or exit a retail outlet or an intruder who enters a restricted area.

  • Tracking - Track intruders or vehicles entering a predefined area.

cctv-extreme-environments-atex-ik10-impact-protection-temperature

Extreme Environments

No matter how harsh the environment we can specify cameras that will survive for the long term. Some of these specifications are:

  • IK10 - providing maximum protection against external mechanical impact and attack.

  • IP68 - providing extreme protection against dust and water ingress.

  • Atex - to ensure no ignition sources are created within an explosive atmosphere. Examples include places where work activities create or release flammable gases or vapours, such as vehicle paint spraying, workplaces handling fine organic dusts such as grain flour or wood and natural gas stations.

  • -50 to +60 degree operation for the most extreme environments.
