Routine maintenance is vital to ensure that your system performs at it’s optimum level when you need it the most.
By routinely maintaining your system you can be assured that any necessary rectifications are administered as soon as possible.

Maintenance Options
We have various maintenance packages to suit your needs. These include:
Fixed cost - to cover preventative maintenance inspections, access to the service support desk and engineer support, if required (subject to terms and conditions).
Flexible - to cover regular preventative maintenance inspections, access to the service support desk and engineer support is at an extra cost (subject to terms and conditions).
Routine Maintenance Checks
Routine maintenance visits can be extremely beneficial and can:
Check that systems are fully operational
Clean camera lenses and ensure optimum focus
Check control units for correct operation
Check and test remote signalling equipment
Check audible warning and alarm devices
Check operation of all keypads & readers
Check whether the customer has experienced any issues
Check the mains and stand-by power supplies
Update software and check configurations
Repair any minor faults
Provide answers to any questions or queries
